The person we are looking for will be dedicated to the Qualitative research section, working directly under a Senior Research Manager.  He/she will be responsible for managing research projects, including set up, design, implementation, analysis and reporting, under the supervision and guidance of the Senior Research Manager. 
On-the-job training and regular internal/ external training will be provided, as well as a competitive remuneration will be offered.   

-负责项目质量的监督与管理
-与客户进行日常沟通，了解客户的项目需求，跟踪项目进度
-向主管定时汇报项目进展

-问卷录入程序编写；
-制定编码原则，指导实施编码、录入，控制编码录入质量；
-数据正确性的检查，保证数据安全，向PM反馈数据质量；
-根据PM要求，进行统计，完成数据报告。
